Nazuz is a community fitness, sport and exercise wiki. Everything involving movement and sport are accompanied by videos describing the activity. We aim to document the huge field of movement and physical activity in video and text.
In this project we hope for, but do not depend on, a wide community. We aim to do much of the work ourselves, so we'll probably start with all those things that we do now: Yoga, mountain biking, skateboarding, basic basketball, weight loss exercises, fitness routines, weightlifting...
